The analyst will be expected to perform ESG analysis of issuers, prepare engagement letters, follow-up on progress including with meetings with the engaged companies with colleagues.
The analyst will work closely with other RI specialists in this context. Contribute to the monitoring of stewardship efforts led by the multiple teams involved across AXA IM. The analyst will help monitor effective definition of engagement objectives, tracking of progress, and contribute to discussing potential need for escalation in certain cases.
