My journey into QEC began with my own experience of trauma. Discovering QEC was life-changing, allowing me to heal on a profound level and reprogram the limiting subconscious beliefs that had been holding me back.
As both a QEC practitioner and somatic educator, I bring a holistic understanding of how the mind and body process and release trauma. I have completed advanced QEC training in addiction, medical conditions, and intergenerational trauma, which allows me to offer tailored support to meet your unique needs. Each minute session creates space for deep exploration, meaningful transformation, and integration, concluding with self-care practices to support ongoing growth.
In addition to working with clients, I assist Dr. Melanie Salmon in QEC teacher trainings, continuously expanding my knowledge and skills. Based in New York, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, supporting clients worldwide on their healing journeys. Healing is possible.
