Payment will only be made for services that are documented in the plan of care. Unauthorized tasks performed by the Attendant may be subject to payback. Attendants must submit tasks performed and shifts within 30 calendar days from the date of service. If shifts are not submitted within 30 calendar days, the shifts may be denied unless the shifts meet one of the four 4 exceptions. Review this FAQ document for a list of exceptions.
