The condo is approximately yards North of the Pier 3-minute beach walk. Close enough to the vibrant action filled OOB town center but also just far enough away to provide peace and quiet from the crowd noise. The condo sleeps 4 very comfortably. Two Oceanfront deeded parking spots are also provided. The Casablanca Condo Association is a family-oriented environment.
The condo is perfectly situated on the OOB ocean front. The condo and its location is of much higher quality than any of the hotels offering non ocean front accommodations at much higher prices. Condo was fully renovated in with stone counters, maple cabinets, appliances, glass top stove, Brazilian HW flooring,etc.
The condo is fully equipped, licensed, and marketed for accommodating up to four individuals in total. No overloading of the condo is accepted or tolerated. I will provide onsite viewing tours should I be at OOB and the unit is vacant.

No vehicle is necessary to enjoy all of the entertainment and action that the OOB town center provides. Two private ocean front deeded parking spaces are provided with the condo. The parking spots alone are closer to the front than any of the motel rooms for rent on the beach. Other larger condo complexes near the center of town offer satellite shuttle parking and they are not at all insulated from the crowd and amusement noises typical within the OOB town center.
