In addition to learning the secrets to a long, healthy life, you will also be able to immerse yourself in Japanese culture and traditions. This course explores the relationship between nutrition and health in diverse cultures and religions. Students will analyze cultural cuisine, examine acculturation, and compare the nutrition and health aspects of cultural foods.

It is important that this course count towards your degree or certificate program; otherwise, your financial aid payment may be reduced.
