Gilbert had made a call the night she disappeared, reportedly saying "There's someone after me β¦ they're trying to kill me. The calls have long been a source of contention in the case. A New York Appellate Division court ruled in that the Suffolk County Police Department must release calls related to Gilbert's disappearance, which her estate lawyer John Ray had been fighting to get out in the public for more than three and a half years. Harrison has recently pledged to release those calls, Newsday reported.
