Please note that some of our facilities in China require us to arrange a Letter of Guarantee for any treatment hours in advance. In the event you decide to pay and claim for treatment, we will apply any plan excess, co-insurance or deductible that applies. In case you are visiting a direct billing provider for your in-patient treatment in UAE except Abu Dhabi , the provider will contact us with all documents and we will provide the necessary approvals to the provider directly.

Direct Billing makes it easier to get the treatment you need. When using the service, the medical provider will send Now Health International an invoice for your treatment, and we'll pay them directly. No need to pay then claim.
