Friday from a neighbor who was concerned for the safety of a resident located in the block of West McNab Road Friday. Subsequently, Kesnel Odenier, 30, was arrested. According to the probable cause affidavit, deputies knocked on the door until a female resident answered. She told police the suspect had been intoxicated all day and was screaming profanities, but she was not in fear and told police Odeneir did not hit her. Odenier was arrested for misdemeanor Disorderly Intoxication.
