Our young adult vocational programs focus on personal employment, education and career exploration as individuals transition to independence. Our young adult residential services provide a structured environment focusing on independent living skills. Both programs support young adults as they transition to independence and adulthood. Both programs focus on identifying and taking action steps toward individualized employment, education, and career exploration goals.

Employment support services focus on finding a job that meets their interests and skills as well as navigating the often daunting switch to accessing adult mental health services as they leave the high school support network. PRP services can also be provided for individuals who have Medicaid and a qualifying mental health diagnosis. The Supported Living team provides PRP services to young adults who may not be immediately interested in working but know that they need some help in pursuing goals or accessing resources in the community.
Individuals must be 18, eligible for medicaid and have a qualifying mental health diagnosis. Are You Eligible? Do you have a mental health diagnosis ie depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia? If no, you are not eligible for our services, but may qualify for DDA supports.
