Each level requires a mastery of the craft along with additional training, education and development to enhance their skills. Experience levels vary by studio. Heather graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts and uses a variety of different modalities in her sessions, specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular techniques. Her overall approach involves treating the body as a whole and working not just on specific focus areas, but also on the secondary areas that can be connected and affected by pain or tightness.
Heather is passionate about the holistic healing practice of massage and enjoys helping clients relax and recover. He was very gentle yet firm. He was respectful in keeping me covered and comfortable.
