All our senses are enhanced thanks to colors, smells, experiences. The moment we become attentive, we begin to notice the limitless possibilities of inspiration that are all around us. All of this opens up our senses. In the noisiest square in the world, we will find that quiet space within ourselves and see the beauty that fills us from within.
We touch the silence. We touch each other. And suddenly, in one moment, in a single moment, in the embrace of Morocco, amazed by the breathtaking beauty, we will recognize the infinite power within us, allow ourselves to accept it and believe that we are its source. I grew up in the Czech Republic and in I moved to Switzerland with my husband and our two children. Movement and joy of life go hand in hand for me.
As a professional dancer, I have experienced many wonderful projects on smaller theater stages. For more than 20 years, in addition to dancing professionally, I have also been teaching dance.
I have been practicing yoga for a long time. First as a preparatory exercise for exams in a dance group, later I discovered the magic of yoga for myself.
