Darius holds a unique background in evaluating and treating clients in schools, daycares, clinics, homes, and via telepractice. Darius has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to address the communication and educational needs of clients with a wide variety of disability classifications, including autism spectrum disorder, emotional disturbance, intellectual disability, specific learning disability, speech-language impairment, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.
Darius has also successfully increased articulation, fluency, voice and resonance, language, cognition, swallowing, social communication, and communication modalities in clients across the lifespan.
In collaboration with families, Darius has provided early intervention therapy services for infants and toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays. He is a cockerchon Cocker Spaniel and Bichon Frise mix and known for being social, playful, intelligent, and cheerful. He is a wonderful companion and therapy dog. From working with a child who is learning to read or making one of our adult patients smile, Jaxon is the man with the plan. Alex is a career marketing and sales professional and has spent the last 10 years bringing brand stories to life for some of the largest consumer companies in the world.
Alex is also an experienced consultant who advises c-suite executives and leaders. A graduate of Howard University, Alex specializes in sales analytics and category management as well as creative direction, production, and content creation. As a proud HBCU alum, Alex is passionate about giving back and providing students with opportunities to learn and grow professionally and personally. Lily Burnham is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist with experience in hospitals, schools, and private practice.
