The "pavilion" of Villa Marie has recently been renovated and offers the delicacy of a small pavilion just for you. This little house with a gable on the street enjoys great brightness. The entrance is no longer from the street but from the pretty bow window located on another facade, for added comfort. The very spacious private terrace is shaded and lush. It has a "summer shower back from the beach". The cozy little rooms are thoughtfully equipped.
The space The living room is large and comfortable The terrace as well. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are rather "intimate" attic style. Alternatively: if needed , the living room sofa is convertible. Each room has reversible air conditioning. Guest access If you come by car, you can park right in front of your gite inside the property. Many free parking is also available on our street just nearby. Please note, due to its age and configuration, the Pavillon is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
