Special tours of these facilities can be arranged by appointment, before or after hours. Tours can be arranged through the Spa Manager. Spa treatments are available to guests age 18 and older. Facility use is reserved for guests who have purchased 50 minute massage or facial services. Day Passes are not offered at Skana. Spa and Salon appointments may be scheduled at the spa desk or online. Please call us as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of your requested service.
We require a major credit card and telephone number to confirm your appointment. Reservations are subject to availability. We require 8 hours notice to cancel appointments. The full value of the service will be charged for cancellations made with less than 8 hours notice. No-show appointments will be charged the full value of the service. If you would like to amend this amount, please notify the spa receptionist and your bill will be adjusted accordingly.
