I booked myself and pregnant wife in for both a reflexology massage. Instead my wife got a full body massage from head to toe and felt so relaxed after. I instead got a deep tissue massage as I had been suffering from long term back pains.
She personalised our experiences and we both left feeling much more relaxed and instantly felt the pain relief. Will most definitely be back soon. This was my second treatment and was absolutely amazing. This is a lovely wee place hidden away in Abbyview. I took a cancellation slot with Lauren, so glad I did, head to toe massage was much needed. Feel so much better, less stress more relaxed for the rest of the week ahead. I had a full body massage and it was great! The massage therapist Parm, I think was great and also have great after care tips. Would definitely recommend - feel very relaxed. Thus was my first visit to Zilda and I had a lovely relaxing head massage.
