Yes, gift cards are available for purchase. You can purchase those in person at The Spa Within, online , or over the phone. Gift Cards may be used towards services or retail products. We require a credit card to guarantee your reservation. What if I need to cancel my appointment? To reschedule or cancel your appointment, as a courtesy to other guests and therapists, please let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your scheduled appointment.
How early should I arrive for my spa service Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in, enjoy a steam shower if desired, and to start the relaxation process. Please turn off cell phone upon entering the spa. Am I required to totally disrobe during my treatment? Our therapists are highly trained professionals and will drape you discreetly and protect your privacy at all times.
Undergarments are preferred. What should I wear? A locker, plush robes, sandals, towels, amenities and hair dryers are provided at The Spa Within for all guests receiving treatments. Hotel guests, please leave jewelry and other valuables in your room. Our day guests are responsible for any items left in the locker room.
In your best interest, please leave your valuables at home. Walk-ins are welcome, however, to enjoy the best selection of spa treatments and services, we highly recommend that you make reservations at least three weeks in advance. We require a major credit card to guarantee your reservation. Wonderful massage, facials, and pedicures. While it is pricey, you get what you pay for and it is less expensive than comparable places and services in other places across the country.
