John Jenkins, 68, of Daytona Beach, was charged with four counts of abuse of a disabled adult. She confronted Jenkins who apologized but later when she checked video from a camera in the living room she saw Jenkins hitting and kicking the man multiple times. She ordered Jenkins to leave.
Deputies watched the video which showed Jenkins kicking and hitting the man with an iPad. The man could not defend himself or report the abuse, due to his condition. The Florida Department of Children and Families was notified and opened an investigation into the incident.
