During all stay, I didn't had the opportunity to take a warm bath, regardless the fact that I talked about the problem with the receptionist and she told me that a technician would go there immediately to solve the problem.
Nothing was done and, when arrived to the hotel in that late afternoon, everything remained the same. Stayed at this hotel for 2 days. It was worst experience I have ever had. Rooms was dirty and smelly, and poorly maintaned. We came back late at hotel and tired from tour went to sleep right away.
The next morning my husband and I woke up covered in bed bug bites. Next day we reported to hotel and they gave room change. Unfortunately, even in new room we still got bitten. The bed bug bites completelt ruined our trip.
