Missoula Works includes a labor crew, social enterprise, and supportive staffing agency laser-focused on addressing poverty among those with barriers to employment - such as previous incarceration, experiencing homelessness, or physical limitations - through an immediate living wage, on-the job skills training, and a path to sustainable employment. We partner with other MIC programs and local agencies to provide wrap-around services such as housing assistance, childcare, transportation, and document acquisition.
