Grounded in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM , Zenthai works along the body's meridians to support the flow of Qi, the vital energy influencing our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Techniques such as acupressure, stretches, joint mobilisations, and rhythmic compressions are used to clear blockages, relieve pain, and restore energy flow, addressing imbalances that manifest as pain, illness, or emotional distress. Our practice also incorporates the Five Element TheoryโWood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Waterโeach linked to specific organ systems, emotions, and natural cycles. Sessions take place fully clothed on a mat and are complemented by personalised diet and lifestyle advice to maintain the benefits long-term.
Joseph and Valentina offer treatments on Mondays and Tuesdays and are available for couples treatments as well each individual treated by one therapist but both at the same time in the same space. With a background as a dancer for 20 years, movement and the exploration of the body have always been at the core of my being. Through years of dedication and a deep connection to my craft, I have immersed myself in the study of various body therapies, including Remedial massage, Traditional Thai massage, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage and Zenthai Shiatsu.
