Honestly, next to Istanbul, the best Reception Desk we've encountered in our travels. Those first impressions are so important; truly top-notch service in this regard. The hotel is super clean, nicely decorated, elevators are very efficient, rooms are large for Europe, beds are comfy, and toiletries are of excellent quality.
