Benny leaves his wife, Esther of 37 years, to cherish wonderful memories, his amazing daughter Natalie Weston and his grandchildren, Jaxon and Micah, his sister June Whitley Norfolk. Benny nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends will always cherish his memories. Benny was a die-hard Cowboys fan and his love for music was everlasting.

Frank attended West Virginia State University briefly before relocating to Manhattan, New York where he would spend much of his life before retiring from the New York Division of Parole and returning to Charlottesville. Having excepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age, Frank was a lifelong member of Zion Union Baptist Church where he also served on the culinary committee.
Left to cherish his memories are his brother, George F. Frank is also survived by great nieces and nephews, Enjoli Bradley, Carmen Moody and "Little Bobby" Tinsley; as well as many other relatives, family, and friends.
