Welcome to the Copenhagen Winter Pride Week We are proud to present a many-sided and exciting program with a number of local and international activists, instructors and presenters. We hope that our program will contribute to a larger degree of contemplation, insight and new perspectives on genders, bodies, sexualities and much more. We will cover that through a broad spectrum of cultural and professional events such as lectures, workshops, presentations, debates, movie showings and readings.
We look forward to opening the doors to a 6-day program. Additionally, we have a number of external events around Copenhagen. In this mini talk of 20 minutes, we take a peek at the material โ which motives and formats were available at the time?
Afterwards or during the talk, you are invited to create cool Winter Pride Badges with motives and handsome hunks from the era. Language: Danish. Location: Studenterhuset, Scenen main stage - Solidarity on the scene What is solidarity? Who are solidary with whom? And when are we not solidary enough? We have invited a panel of guests to discuss if and how they experience solidarity from others on the LGBTQ scene.
Together, they will cover the prejudice that their patients meet them with, based on their previous experiences with the healthcare system, and the barriers they face themselves when they escalate cases as medical professionals inside the healthcare system.
During the debate, there will be time for questions from the audience. Bullying, isolation and lack of adults, they can confide in are amongst the reasons why being in school can be tough. We explore how we can collaborate this evil circle and eradicate the devastating experiences while growing up.
