As a young man, he delivered the Watertown Daily Times and the Courier and Freeman newspapers on his bicycle to the residents of Unionville.
Mike enjoyed the peace of being outdoors, whether it be hunting, fishing, camping, kayaking, or hiking. He was a very devoted family man who loved spending time with his family, especially his grandson Charlie. Mike also had a very generous heart, would always be there to help anyone in need, and could always leave you with a smile.
