Neil P. Mark F. Over one hour to check in due to problem with machine and credit cards 4 different ones. Almost impossible to raise anyone on the 24 hour phone. When he did come downstairs he had obviously been asleep for hours as he looked like a Zombie. He eventually gave us the codes for 2 rooms - but one of them was not made up. He said that the hotel was full so could not give us another room. We remonstrated and eventually he gave us room which WAS made up but was very dirty. Shower was stone cold in the morning.
Disastrous customer service from a barely awake, rude and surly Muppet member of staff. Please refund us the cost of the stay. We will probably never use F1 again as a result. Untidy appearance dated room unloved manager great. Very tatty, didn't feel safe, old bikes abandoned in yard, had to move hotels. Gavin S. Very disappointed, room was tiny and grubby, we had to pay extra for towels microfibre very tatty outside, car park full of abandoned and broken bikes.
I didn't feel safe leaving my car in the car park. Seemed to be lots of single men and families living there. I abandoned my stay and found another hotel.
