Our mother has been a resident for approximately two and half years. During this time the care which we have witnessed, almost daily, is superb.
We cannot imagine having her live anywhere else as she has been well attended and loved by all at Avantara. We have found the caregivers have been extremely hard working and very kind with their work. Working in this environment requires more than fulfilling a job duty; the individuals who work in this capacity clearly are answering a call to assist the elderly in their late years.
The entire staff has been extremely dedicated to the mission of helping others less fortunate. For nine years I have seen them come to work, meet the challenges of the day and go home with a smile. Their touch, caring words, and love for their residents is obviously sincere.
They feel like family to me and mom. The staff, all of those past and present, represent the most amazing love for their residents and their jobs.
