Rent seems to increase steeply after the first lease. Especially for the one bed one bath units. Also, another suggestion for future, cable should be an option and not made compulsory for the residents. There is no wonder as to why she is in the position that she is. We did end up going with a different place to live, due to location, but this was our second choice! I moved to Layton early this summer. I especially appreciate the help and support with my ESA dog. I wish the pool and gym were a little bigger but I knew that when I chose the place.
I have lived here a few months now. Lauren and the other staff have always been so helpful. I like that there is a dog park here and that they provide places too pick up and throw away my dogs mess. My neighbors have been nice.
All in all I think that foxcreek is a great place too live. Leasing Mgr. Kiera, is very professional,and friendly. It is so refreshing to actually have a talented person that does a great job. Kiera, is fast and makes getting a home not so traumatizing. I highly recommend this company based on the Great Mgt of Kiera. I highly recommend this company solely based on the MGR.
