Having thought on it a while I have decided what's the harm in trying? I mean I could really use the money, and being I'm in a position that only allows me to work a little this might actually be a good thing.
So the sign up process is kind of a nerve relief with the verification and all. I'm just waiting on approval and then i can see what I need to do to get started.
